When does the sale go live?
The Seconds + Sample Sale opens Thursday 22 October 2026 at 10am New Zealand time (NZDT) and ends at 10:50am. That’s 50% off for 50 minutes only, while stock lasts.
Can I buy anything during the preview?
Not yet. The preview is for browsing and planning. Add-to-cart buttons will be available on the sale page when the sale opens at 10am on Thursday 22 October.
What are seconds and samples?
These are sample and second items that may have small defects, such as slight scratches or other imperfections. Check the description of each piece carefully before purchasing.
What does saving my picks do?
It keeps a shortlist in this browser on this device so you can find your favourites again. It doesn’t reserve stock, hold a price or add anything to your cart.
Can I use a discount code or get free shipping?
Discount codes and free shipping do not apply to Seconds + Sample Sale items. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order or add another item?
Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes or add items. Please don’t email us asking to amend your sale order. If you spot another item after checking out, please place a second order.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup is not available for Seconds + Sample Sale items unless it is specifically stated in the product description. Please check the description before ordering.
When will my order be dispatched?
Due to the high demand of the sale, orders will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time is additional to dispatch time.
Can I return a seconds or sample item?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns on sample and second items, so please decide carefully and read the condition description before ordering. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
Will everything be available for the full 50 minutes?
The sale runs for 50 minutes, but individual items may sell out sooner. Saving a piece in your picks does not reserve it.
